Bonneau grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and went to high school in Virginia attending Woodberry Forest. He then spent 4 years at the University of Georgia, earning a B.B.A. from the Terry College of Business in Real Estate in 1999. Bonneau has been involved in the resort real estate market as an investor, developer, and broker for more than a decade. Bonneau has been involved in development and real estate sales in excess of $200,000,000.
